Idaptive and BambooHR: Intelligently Onboarding New Employees

Onboarding new employees is one of the most critical business processes in our organizations, today. The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) affirmed this in a recent blog published, stating “69 percent of employees are more likely to stay with a company for three years if they experienced great onboarding.”
